Refund policy

Paid checkout is not open. ASO AI listings are free during launch, then $5 per app, per country. The planned purchase covers AI-generated listing options from your uploaded research; manual sorting remains free. This policy applies when paid checkout opens.

14-day refund period

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Refund requests made within that period will be approved unless there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or another attempt to misuse the purchase or refund process.

This policy adds to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If the product is not as described, is faulty or a technical problem prevents delivery or use, those rights are not limited by the 14-day period.

How to request a refund

Email support@willthiseverwork.com from the address used at checkout and include the PayPal or Paddle transaction or receipt reference and a short explanation. Do not send your purchase key, private purchase link, password or card details.

For purchases through Paddle, you can also request a refund through Paddle buyer support using the support link in your receipt. Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.

For a purchase made through PayPal, IE Startup Factory handles your refund request through the support address above. Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method where possible. The same 14-day refund policy applies.

After a refund

Refunded access is revoked for the product and purchase scope covered by that purchase, such as the app and country for an ASO Keyword Planner purchase. A private purchase link will no longer restore it. Files or text that you exported before the refund cannot be recalled.

Payment-provider processing times vary. An approved refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Taxes and partial refunds

For a Paddle purchase, questions about a tax refund can be sent through Paddle buyer support. For a PayPal purchase, contact our support address. If only part of a transaction is refunded, access to the paid software covered by that transaction is still revoked in this version.
