Scenario inputs
When you use the App Growth Calculator MCP, the calculator server processes the inputs you send to return a calculation. These can include commercial assumptions such as price, acquisition cost, conversion, retention, fees, refunds, budget and timing. Optional scenario names and provenance notes are free text. Do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information.
App Growth Strategist uses this same MCP for numeric scenarios. Its diagnosis instructions run in your AI client; the calculator server receives only the tool call sent to this endpoint.
The calculator does not create an account, use an application database or save scenarios. Scenario inputs are processed in memory while the request is handled.
Operational records
The MCP is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes request and connection data to deliver and operate the endpoint. Customer-accessible Vercel runtime logs are retained for one hour. This does not describe or control other records Vercel may retain under its own policies.
If you use the MCP through ChatGPT or another AI client, that client processes your prompt, account and connection data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics on the production Will This Ever Work domain. It processes browser and device information and cookie-based identifiers, together with the page path and title, referring-site origin, allowlisted campaign parameters, and fixed control identifiers and actions. It does not receive calculator scenario values, free-text scenario names or provenance notes through these website analytics events. MCP calls do not send data to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics event data is retained for two months. User data is retained for fourteen months, and the user-data period resets when there is new user activity. Standard aggregated reporting may remain available for longer.
Your choices and requests
You can use the calculator without an account, avoid optional free-text fields, and choose not to send personal or confidential information. You can limit Google Analytics through your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can disconnect the plugin in your AI client to stop future tool calls and use that client’s controls for its saved conversations. We have no saved calculator scenarios to retrieve or delete.
